You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload photos containing illegal content, copyrighted material you don't have rights to, or content that violates others' privacy.
Photo ownership
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of generating your professional headshots. Generated photos are yours to use for personal and professional purposes.
Payment terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges. Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees.
Refund policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your headshots, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Limitation of liability
Headshot Click is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
